The Caring for Australasians with Renal Impairment Guidelines are produced by the Council of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nephrology (ANZSN) and the Board of Kidney Health Australia (KHA) and provide detailed guidelines for the prevention of progression of CKD including the use of recombinant human erythropoietins.
